Support for dnspark

Postby guyjami on Thu Jul 22, 2010 2:46 pm

Dear Sir,

The program seems to do all i need but unfortunately the dynamic dns service i use is not in the list.
It's DNSPARK www.dnspark.com
The developper informations are there : http://www.dnspark.com/support/developers/

Do you think it's possible to include this service in futures versions?

Thank's in advance

I have released a new version. It contains support for DnsPark.

I have tested it with their accounts and host names and it seems to work.

please let me know.

Thank you

Hi,
I've installed and configured CFaktor v1.03.03. For the test, i shutted down my adsl modem for 10 minutes and then powered it on. I received error messages in the history. The Ip address is not updated until i push the "update ip now" button.
i made a second try a little bit later to be sure. The program goes to line 16 of errors in history but the address is not updated and when i push the button the program made 14 lines of errors then updates the ip address.
Pls find attached,the history file.
My topology is complex and there is a delay to recover the complete internet access. Maybe it's the reason?
Regards
Guy

Once you set up your proxy. And there is a constant connection to the internet port 443 : 80. You sould have no problems.

I have seen in your history that you have done successfull updates. Please let me know if the above is correcty and the problem still persists.

You must just remember that dnsPark auths you on a domain controller type authentication and not forms. So please check that your firewall is not blocking that.

Thank you
